Terms of Service
Welcome to Tandem. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tandem. Questions: hello@tandemvlog.com.
1. Who can use Tandem
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tandem.
2. Your account
To use Tandem you create an account with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Your content
You own the clips and captions you create. You grant Tandem a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service — primarily to show it to the members of the vlogs you share it in, and to assemble your exported videos. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content for advertising.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tandem to share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or that violates others' rights or privacy. Don't impersonate others, abuse the service, or attempt to break its security.
5. Reporting and moderation
You can block and report other people in the app. We review reports and may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and we aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
6. Ending your use
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. The app is provided "as is"
Tandem is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and Tandem, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and is not responsible for any support, maintenance, claims, or warranties relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
